Tootoomoo Terms and Conditions:

Bookings Procedure at Tootoomoo We take restaurant bookings online, by telephone or by email – you will receive a confirmation email once booked and a reminder 24 hours before. We request you acknowledge the required confirmation or the table will be reallocated. All bookings must be honoured in a timely fashion. Tables will be given to waiting guests if persons are 10 minutes late for their booking. We have a maximum sitting of 1.5 hours during our peak times – please do be aware of this when booking. Parties of 6 an over will be required to give a £5 deposit per head to secure the booking. There is a £15 charge for cake service when brought into the restaurants. This will then be taken off the final bill at the end of your meal.

Our Staff: Our team is hand picked to serve you, which, to the best of their ability, they will do to fulfill all your requirements. Please do not be unnecessarily rude or unkind to our staff. Failure to adhere to decent behavior at our stores will result in the perpetrator being requested to leave the store and refused admission on any subsequent visit.

Drunken and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and the person (s) in question will be asked to leave the store. If necessary, the police will be asked to intervene.

Special Offers and Meal Deals: All special offers and meal deals are single offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, there a no exceptions.

• Offers have no cash value and are not transferable. • All voucher codes carry an expiry date. This date is usually 2 to 4 weeks from implementation of the code and codes are specifically for use with an online purchase, • Please read all the small print relating to your offer to ensure you are within the timings specified • Ensure that you are logged in to the store that relates to your delivery postcode when making your order. • Telephone orders are NOT accepted with a voucher code. • In the rare event that a code is not working please email -please be advised that this may mean your code is not looked in to immediately. • If code is not working and expires during the time of failure the code WILL be honoured at a later date. • If code has expired it will not work and will not be honoured. • If no expiry date is apparent and a code is not active, after contacting Customer Service stating thus, a one off code will be specially activated for the customer.

Ordering Online: When ordering online please be advised a comprehensive list of all our allergens is listed. Gluten free is provided on request where possible.

Please note that our kitchens are small and though cross contamination is never deliberate, we cannot concretely guarantee our dishes are totally free from allergens.

Allergens: The following ingredients are common inclusions in pan Asian dishes and therefore are carried in our kitchens:

• Egg • Dairy • Nuts • Celery • Soya • Sesame • Sea Food • Shell Fish

A description of the main characteristics of our dishes is contained on our website. Such a description will also be contained in an order confirmation email when you place an order through our website. Please do be careful when ordering if you do have a specific palate or intolerance.


Purchasing From Our Mini Market: If you have any cause for complaint please notify the Front of House Staff at the store at time of purchase or subsequently contact the customer service team by email on indicating your correspondence is for Customer Services.

General Complaints Procedure: Tootoomoo endeavours to delivery fresh, made to order fare and excellent service. Menus and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Limited delivery area is designed with driver safety and food quality in mind.

Delivery hours are subject to change. Drivers never carry cash.

Offers cannot be combined and do not apply to Meal Deals. All offers do not include delivery charge.

A delivery charge of £2 applies to all orders placed via the telephone and all online orders valued under £15.

Everything else
